Jeff Clarke

Jeff Clarke Interim CEO

Jeff Clarke is the interim CEO of Doxim. Prior to this, Clarke was the Executive Chairman and interim CEO of FTD, LLC, a private company controlled by Nexus Capital. Prior, Clarke spent five years as CEO of Eastman Kodak Company. Clarke has also held numerous other C-level roles within the technology industry, including CEO, Chairman and Executive Chair positions at Travelport Limited, a private company controlled by the Blackstone Group. He has also served as Chief Operating Officer for CA Software, Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Hewlett-Packard and CFO at Compaq Computer. Jeff also serves on the Board of Directors of FTD, LLC and Columbia Care. Mr. Clarke is a former director at Autodesk, Compuware, Docker, Generate Life Sciences, Orbitz Worldwide, Red Hat and UTStarcom. He has his B.A in economics from SUNY Geneseo. He earned his MBA from Northeastern University and serves as a Northeastern University Trustee.

Michael Hennessy Chief Revenue Officer

Mike leads a team of world-class sales, customer success and business development professionals focused on delivering measurable value for Doxim’s clients across North America. A SaaS veteran, he specializes in delivering scalable, sustainable revenue for high growth B2B software companies, and has built diverse go-to-market strategies that delivered 30-120% in annual growth. Most recently, Mike was the North American GM for ScribbleLive. Before that, he was the VP of North American Sales for [24]7-Inc., a California-based company providing customer experience software to the Fortune 500. Mike holds an MBA from Queen’s University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Communications from Seneca College and a Bachelor’s Degree from Mount Allison University.

Jason Hall Chief People Officer

Jason Hall serves as the Chief People Officer of Doxim. With 30 year of professional HR experience Jason has executive responsibilities that include overseeing the company’s global HR team, managing it’s total rewards, identifying and developing talent, furthering Doxim’s diversity and inclusion efforts, strategizing corporate social responsibility and fostering a collaborative work culture and positive colleague experience.

Throughout his executive career, with employers such as Sedgwick, York, CDK Global and ADP, Jason has been responsible for large scale transformative change in HR through human capital strategy development, process optimization and technology enablement while never losing sight of the importance of relationship and developing strong business acumen. Jason has a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and is a proud veteran of the US Coast Guard.

Kevin Svenson, Chief People Officer at Doxim

With over 20 years of progressive experience in the print industry and an exceptional track record leading high performance teams. Kevin Svenson manages Doxim operations teams across North America and is responsible for successfully executing our strategy as a world-class operation. Kevin has held progressively senior roles at RR Donnelley, Deloitte, and most recently as Vice President of Operations / General Manager at Taylor Corporation. Throughout his career he has focused on building organizations that deliver profitable and consistent results through establishing a culture of Integrity, Respect, Customer Focus, Execution Excellence, and Instinct for Innovation.

Kevin earned his MBA as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University. Kevin’s experience combined with his formal education positions him well to drive best practices that positively support our operational growth.

Janet Luisser, Vice President, Customer Experience

Janet Luisser Vice President, Customer Experience

As the VP of Customer Experience, Janet is responsible for the satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy of Doxim customers. Janet has over 25 years of experience in technology leadership helping a diverse list of organizations from small business to Fortune 500 customers with their digital transformation journey. Prior to Doxim, Janet held leadership roles at D2L and OpenText, helping drive business transformation initiatives, GTM strategy and global communications. Janet holds an Honour BES from the University of Waterloo, completed International Studies at Oxford Brookes University, and is a certified adult educator. Janet is a youth mentor and gives back to her community as a Toastmasters chapter volunteer.

Mei Dent, Chief Technology Officer

Mei Dent leads the Doxim engineering team to successfully execute and deliver on all aspects of the product development lifecycle. In addition to driving product development best practices and contributing strategically to the development of the company’s products and quality initiatives, Mei provides coaching and mentorship to the existing engineering team while continuing to build out the team as we grow. Mei joined Doxim from OpenText Corporation, where she held the position of Vice President, Research and Development and pioneered the first multi-tenant SaaS offering, and brings over 25 years of experience in leading design and delivery of enterprise software. Mei is an excellent coach and mentor that builds a culture of trust, innovation and high performance within the global and distributed organization. She holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Western.

Nouman Mufti, Chief Service Officer

As the Senior Vice President of Professional Services, Nouman Mufti is responsible for the successful delivery of Doxim solutions – from requirements gathering to deployment. He manages a global team of experts in project management, solution architecture, business analysis, programming, quality assurance and technical support.

Nouman joined Doxim in 2019 and brings twenty-five years of technology and services leadership experience. In his previous roles, he led multi-disciplinary teams to develop, implement and integrate enterprise-wide technology solutions. Prior to joining Doxim, he held leadership roles as VP of Professional Service and CIO in global and SME organizations. Nouman has an MBA from Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto.

Olga Zakharenkava, Senior Vice President, Product Management

Olga Zakharenkava Senior Vice President, Product Management

As the Product Management and Product Marketing leader, Olga focuses on delivering business value to Doxim’s clients through world-class SaaS software and solutions and technology-enabled services. She has a strong background in the customer communications and customer experience management technology for the regulated industries, product management and project management. Olga joined Doxim in 2017, and prior to Doxim, held product, marketing and strategy leadership positions at companies of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500, including Telmetrics, OpenText, and JVL. Olga holds an MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, an Honors Master’s degree in Finance, and an Honors Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Management. Olga is a regular contributor to industry media, covering topics in customer experience, marketing, financial services, productivity, and work management.

Sean Kennelly, Vice President, Product Management, Payments and CEM

Sean Kennelly Vice President, Product Management, Payments and CEM

With close to 15 years of industry experience, Sean Kennelly brings a wealth of technical know-how to Doxim. During his career, he has led both Operation and Managed/Professional Services teams, and been involved in Project and Product Management; he has also held multiple sales leadership roles. For the last decade, Sean has been heavily involved in the support, implementation, design, and planning of Doxim’s products and services. This experience, as well as his engagement with North-American regulated industries entities; informs his vision around customer experience, communications and payments.
