Michael Rogalski, President & CEO
Michael Rogalski is a software and services executive with a focus on delivering stellar client service and business growth in financial services and regulated industries. He joined Doxim from EPIQ, a worldwide provider of legal services, helping financial institutions and government agencies, law firms, and corporations streamline the administration of business operations. Rogalski held the position of President of the Legal Solutions Group and led the sales and growth strategy. Prior to that, he was Group President of the Wealth and Retirement Division within Fidelity National Information Services (FIS), a global leader in financial services technology. During his time with FIS, Rogalski lead the combined Wealth and Retirement business for FIS, including sales, development, product management, and marketing. Earlier in his career, Rogalski spent 17 years at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in positions of increased responsibility in Accounting & Finance, Sales, M&A, Operations, and General Management serving as the CFO of ADP’s National Accounts Division and the Senior Vice President and General Manager of ADP’s Comprehensive Outsourcing Business. Mike holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University De Paul University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Steven Horniak, Chief Financial Officer
As Doxim’s Chief Financial Officer, Steven is responsible for overseeing the company’s global financial and operational strategy. With 20 years of experience in software and technology, Steven has held progressively senior, financial roles with Geac and Infor, focusing on operational efficiencies and the successful integration of their many acquisitions. During his time with Infor, he was also responsible for the expansion of Infor’s shared services in EMEA and APAC, as well as the migration and implementation of their internal applications. Steven oversaw the financial teams for one of Infor’s operating divisions and managed the global finance function for the SaaS division. He has a track record of building and mentoring strong financial business partners. Steven started his career with Price Waterhouse Coopers and spent time in the Ice Cream Divisions of Unilever and Nestle. Steven was the CFO at Nexonia where he helped with the company’s expansion and also served as VP of Finance and Administration with Changepoint. Steven is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. He is an avid cyclist and enjoys coaching youth sports.
Michael Hennessy, Chief Revenue Officer
Mike leads a team of world-class sales, customer success and business development professionals focused on delivering measurable value for Doxim’s clients across North America. A SaaS veteran, he specializes in delivering scalable, sustainable revenue for high growth B2B software companies, and has built diverse go-to-market strategies that delivered 30-120% in annual growth. Most recently, Mike was the North American GM for ScribbleLive. Before that, he was the VP of North American Sales for 7-Inc., a California-based company providing customer experience software to the Fortune 500. Mike holds an MBA from Queen’s University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Communications from Seneca College and a Bachelor’s Degree from Mount Allison University.
Stephen O'Doherty, Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer
Stephen O’Doherty is an information technology and security executive who has dedicated the past 20+ years of his career championing IT innovation and information security advancements for high-profile, Fortune 500 organizations in compliance-heavy industries, such as financial services, healthcare, and government. Currently, as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer for Doxim, Stephen governs programs across North America, including managing business transformation initiatives and large scale technology integrations, risk, compliance, certifications, and audits. Prior to joining Doxim, Stephen founded and managed Kinkora Solutions, where he served as the organization’s President and CEO. Kinkora was created to transition clients to Public, Hybrid, and Private Cloud technology solutions. Kinkora serviced clients across multiple verticals, including Manufacturing, Financial, Aerospace, Federal and Municipal Governments, and Engineering Firms.
Jennifer Didine, Chief People Officer
Jennifer is Doxim’s Chief People Officer, focused on delivering groundbreaking HR solutions. As the leader of Doxim’s People Strategy, she is fostering an engaged, collaborative, and results-oriented culture to drive business value through leadership, attracting and retaining the best talent. A dynamic thought leader, Jennifer has spent the past 20 years leading Communities of Practice within HR including: talent strategy, culture transformation, innovative leadership development, diversity and inclusion, change management, organizational health, and HR analytics. She is a ICF Executive Coach and holds a MBA in Executive Management.
As the VP of Marketing and Customer Experience, Janet is responsible for the satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy of Doxim customers and how that translates to messaging to the industry. Janet has over 25 years of experience in technology leadership helping a diverse list of organizations from small business to Fortune 500 customers with their digital transformation journey. Prior to Doxim, Janet held leadership roles at D2L and OpenText, helping drive business transformation initiatives, GTM strategy and global communications. Janet holds an Honour BES from the University of Waterloo, completed International Studies at Oxford Brookes University, and is a certified adult educator. Janet is a youth mentor and gives back to her community as a Toastmasters chapter volunteer.
Mei Dent leads the Doxim engineering team to successfully execute and deliver on all aspects of the product development lifecycle. In addition to driving product development best practices and contributing strategically to the development of the company’s products and quality initiatives, Mei provides coaching and mentorship to the existing engineering team while continuing to build out the team as we grow. Mei joined Doxim from OpenText Corporation, where she held the position of Vice President, Research and Development and pioneered the first multi-tenant SaaS offering, and brings over 25 years of experience in leading design and delivery of enterprise software. Mei is an excellent coach and mentor that builds a culture of trust, innovation and high performance within the global and distributed organization. She holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Western.
Renee Durre joined Allison Payment Systems (now Doxim) in 2006. She served as the company’s Controller for 7 years and then became the Company’s Chief Operating Officer in 2013. Renee began her career in public accounting after obtaining her CPA license. She worked for Arthur Andersen from 1997-2000 where she focused on International taxation and consulting. From 2000-2003, Renee joined Proctor and Gamble in their International Tax Department. In 2003, Renee moved into the Financial Controllership role at OmniSource, a scrap metal company, for 3 years. In her time with APS, a Doxim company, Renee has been instrumental in bringing in newer manufacturing technology in the Company’s efforts to move towards White Paper Operations. Renee holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Wright State University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. She maintains an Active CPA license. In her free time, Renee enjoys most any activity outdoors and spending time with her family.
As the CCM Product Management and Product Marketing leader, Olga focuses on delivering business value to Doxim’s clients through world-class SaaS CCM solutions. She has a strong background in the CCM technology for the regulated industries, product management and project management. Olga joined Doxim in 2017 as the head of Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Communications, and prior to Doxim, held product, marketing and strategy leadership positions at companies of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500, including Telmetrics, OpenText, and JVL. Olga holds an MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, an Honors Master's degree in Finance, and an Honors Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Management. Olga is a regular contributor to industry media, covering topics in marketing, financial services, productivity, and work management.
With close to 15 years of industry experience, Sean Kennelly brings a wealth of technical know-how to Doxim. During his career, he has led both Managed and Professional Services teams, and been involved in Project and Product Management, as well as in many consultative sales initiatives. For the last decade, Sean has been heavily involved in the support, implementation, design, and planning of the Doxim's engagement management platform. This experience, as well as his engagement with hundreds of North American financial institutions, informs his vision around origination, analytics and customer experience strategy. Sean has been closely engaged with Financial Institutions across North American As Doxim's VP of Product - Engagement Platform, Sean leads an experienced team as they identify, plan and build the right solutions for the complex problems faced by today's FIs .
As the Senior Vice President of Professional Services, Nouman Mufti is responsible for the successful delivery of Doxim solutions - from requirements gathering to deployment. He manages a global team of experts in project management, solution architecture, business analysis, programming, quality assurance and technical support.
Nouman joined Doxim in 2019 and brings twenty-five years of technology and services leadership experience. In his previous roles, he led multi-disciplinary teams to develop, implement and integrate enterprise-wide technology solutions. Prior to joining Doxim, he held leadership roles as VP of Professional Service and CIO in global and SME organizations. Nouman has an MBA from Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto.
Gary Zavislak, Senior Vice President, Operations
Gary Zavislak joined Utilitec (now Utilitec, a Doxim Company) in 2005. Serving as the company’s President, he led the organization’s growth as an industry leading provider of CCM products and services focused on the needs of the utility industry. Beginning his career at Deloitte as a CPA, Gary has over 35 years of senior leadership experience focusing on employee development, creating long lasting client partnerships, and adhering to superior operational standards. He graduated from Albion College majoring in Accounting and Computer Science.
