Product Manager, CEM Platform, Loan Origination, Digital Lending, Digital Account Opening at Doxim
Shah joined Doxim in 2019 and is the head of product management for Doxim's Customer Engagement Platform, which includes Doxim's loan origination and digital lending, as well as digital account opening for retail and commercial.
Having put on multiple hats during his career, Shah has held product, technical, sales and executive roles and has played crucial roles in ideating, launching and growing new technology solutions across insurance, financial services, healthcare and other verticals.
Shah holds a MBA with specializations in information systems strategy/ leadership and innovation from the Edinburgh Napier School of Business, and most recently completed an executive program in strategic innovation from the Said School of Business at the University of Oxford.
