Recognizing the changing nature of consumer engagement in financial services, Stride Credit Union had strategically re-positioned itself to review all areas of operations in an effort to intensely focus on an exceptional member experience... that’s when we uncovered how Doxim’s integrated engagement technologies could solve more of our needs than we anticipated!

Doxim Client Onboarding was chosen because of its ability to automate some of the account opening/update functions within our business. Now, customer documentation is now consistent with corporate branding. Changes can be made quickly, and customer information is stored in a secure, central location.

The pilot turned out to be a resounding success! We experienced immediate operational savings of over 26k per annum and a 10 month ROI. We are now expanding the solution within the leasing business unit as well as showcasing the benefits of Doxim document imaging to other departments.  The interest is strong and I would anticipate that many other areas of the business will be looking to take advantage of this capability in the very near future.

We needed to have meaningful conversations with our members and a place to document those conversations. We wanted Conexus to be fully integrated and perfectly seamless with tools, systems, and information about members. Now our statements are optimized, and leave a great impression. Plus, Doxim customer service is proactive and quick to address any concerns we may have.

For us, the customer service makes the difference! They are always quick with our projects and responsive to our questions. We've experienced a 50% e-statement adoption rate, which is much higher than industry average. Plus, partnering with Doxim offers us operational simplicity and satisfied members.
