Doxim TaxPack™ has been successfully commercialized to the Canadian wealth management sector for several years and now brings streamlined tax form processing services to the Canadian Credit Union community for the 2012 tax season.
Doxim TaxPack™ takes the headache out of the year-end tax process. It is a fully automated solution that manages all aspects of the tax form processing, from receipt of initial files, right through to insertion into the postal system and/or upload to an online document repository.
Easy On-line Access
Doxim TaxPack™, coupled with Doxim Enterprise Content Manager (ECM) – a secure online document repository – facilitates the delivery of tax forms to members via their online banking portal, allowing them to access their tax forms conveniently online, whenever they need to.
As Doxim ECM is already fully integrated with the MemberDirectTM banking portal, many Canadian Credit Unions will be able to immediately offer their members online access to their 2011 tax forms via the MemberDirect™ eDocuments service.
The Doxim TaxPack™ is quick and easy to customize, which allows certification for other banking portals to be achieved with very little effort.
Lower Mailing Costs
The advanced form processing and handling capabilities built into Doxim TaxPack™ allows multiple tax form types to be merged into one print output, which allows all these forms to be mailed in one envelope. This leads to significant cost savings compared to mailing each form individually in its own separate envelope.
Real-Time Online Status Reporting
Doxim TaxPack™ also provides a real time portal for customers, making it easy to get the up to date status on all the tax forms that have been submitted for processing. Clients can simply log into the online portal to obtain a real-time update on the current production status of each of their tax form jobs so that they can respond efficiently to member inquiries.
