What do you appreciate most about working at Doxim?
I’ve been working in the FinTech and software space for more than 8 years, providing strategies and solutions that help clients boost bottom-line growth.
I really appreciate the Doxim culture and how the organization supports both employees and customers. I’m fortunate that my position at Doxim allows me to practice what I am passionate about – leveraging Customer Communication in Banks and Credit Unions to improve engagement with their customers and members.
What do you see as the biggest challenge to operating in today's world?
Working from home and enabling remote services is a huge challenge. Both businesses and customers must continue to evolve in order to flourish in the new reality.
Digital transformation is a critical component for organizations in today’s ever more digital environment. CCM providers need to help companies transition to digital communication and document delivery. This is even more challenging for organizations operating in highly regulated industries, such as credit unions.
Another major challenge for financial institutions is security and data protection, as cybercrime continues to escalate in both frequency and sophistication.
How do you think Customer Communication Management is going to change over the next couple of years?
Businesses and credit unions will start migrating quicker than ever to an all-inclusive CCM platform that enables them to deal with a single vendor for all customer communication requirements - across print, digital and other channels.
Outside of work, what are you passionate about?
I enjoy golfing and boating. I love traveling and have lived all over the world, including Milan, Italy and Innsbruck, Austria. Next on my list of places to go are Israel, Asia and Australia.
