Connect with me:

What's your backstory (how did you come to be working for Doxim)?

Prior to joining Doxim, I was responsible for marketing and business strategy at several growing software organizations, from startups to large enterprises. I was involved at a senior level in strategic planning, product management, and corporate growth initiatives.

Having gained valuable experience working with CCM solutions and clients at Actuate and OpenText, I needed a new, challenging opportunity.

Doxim was looking for a marketing leader with experience in software marketing strategy and building a pipeline of opportunities. This was my focus for the first 3 years, until early 2020, when I got an exciting new assignment –  developing the CCM product and go-to-market strategies for the business.

What do you see as being the biggest challenge for organizations operating in today's world?

As our lives are getting busier, faster, and more digital, I see staying truly connected to the needs of people and communities as being the biggest challenge for organizations operating in the modern world.

Outside of work, what are you passionate about?

Singing, dance, yoga, travel, camping in the wilderness, reading, art and design.

What do you appreciate most about working at Doxim?

Most of all, I appreciate the people I work with, who are smart, dedicated, passionate about what they do, and really care about doing the best they can as a team. I learn more from my Doxim colleagues every day.

What is your area of focus?

My focus at Doxim is delivering innovative customer communications management and engagement solutions to clients, based on customer requirements and also anticipating what clients will need in the future. I lead an amazing team that develops and executes on our product roadmap.

The key focus is always to create something useful that will drive new value for our clients in financial services, healthcare, and utilities.

How has the business changed since you joined?

Since I joined Doxim in 2017, we have grown 4x and become a company that knows how to innovate fast, how to grow with intent, how to adapt to changing business conditions, and how to focus on the right things for our employees and clients.

How do you think CCM and CEM are going to change over the next couple of years?

Over the next couple of years, customer communications management and engagement technologies will become much more accessible to a larger number of organizations - enabling them to provide truly personalized experiences to consumers.

While in theory, all leaders in regulated industries understand and appreciate the value of personalized and connected journeys, the execution is lagging.

I believe leadership will continue to focus on CX, with organizations going as far as replacing leaders that don’t invest enough in CX with new champions. Technology itself will become easier and easier to implement, to help create best of breed systems, with privacy and security remaining a strong focus. The line between CCM solutions and adjacent technologies will continue to blur.
