The gift of time. It can take up to an hour to open an account at many banks and credit unions. The culprits? Paper based or partially automated account opening systems involving heaps of paperwork and redundant data requests. This holiday season give your customers the gift of time by automating account opening and reducing it to ten minutes or less.

The gift of knowledge. Amazon can tell your customers that their package is out for delivery on a truck, so why can’t you tell them where their funds are during an asset transfer? Make 2017 the year you digitize your business processes so you can keep your customers in the know.

That VIP feeling. Studies have repeatedly shown that financial services customers want more frequent communications from their FIs.
