Doxim Unveils New Release of Enterprise Content Management Platform

Doxim, (, a leading provider of Customer Communications Management technology including cloud-based Enterprise Content Management, Automated Client Onboarding and Advanced Document Processing solutions for Financial Service Providers, today announced the release of a new version of its Enterprise Content Management platform, Doxim ECM 8.2.

The latest version of Doxim ECM includes integration with Silanis eSignLive™. This integration improves the customer experience as documents can be securely e-signed on a mobile device and then automatically archived and made accessible in the ECM at the end of the signing session. Customers can then easily access these documents in Doxim ECM on their mobile device or computer anytime, anywhere via their banking portal.

As a secure cloud application, Doxim ECM 8.2 permits automatic updates as future enhancements are rolled out, so financial service firms will always have access to the latest version of the platform. The cloud format ensures that Doxim ECM 8.2 is a safe and convenient way for financial service firms of all sizes to store sensitive documents without having to manage database infrastructure on-site.

“The volume of content generated by financial service firms is growing at an exponential rate. The new features included in this release of Doxim ECM will make it easier than ever for firms to manage this expanding content quickly and securely with a maintenance-free cloud based solution.
