The Exchange Client Conference is an annual highlight for the Doxim team, as we get to connect with our valued clients and partners. This June we hosted our largest event so far, this time in the heart of financial district of Toronto, Canada. Did you know we are coming to Chicago in 2019? In case you were not able to attend, here are some of the highlights from the event.
Before the Doxim Exchange fully kicked off, our Executive Customer Advisory Board (ECAB) meetings were already in high gear. Doxim’s ECAB members help us identify trends, challenges, and industry needs, as well as inform and help us refine the product roadmap to better meet the requirements for our Customer Engagement Platform solutions. We’re honored to have such engaged and collaborative customers!
We were also pleased to celebrate the following Doxim clients with Leadership Awards:
- Servus Credit Union received recognition for its User Adoption Strategy
- Coastal Community Credit Union for efforts in Digital Transformation
- Copperfin Credit Union for strategic initiatives around Member Engagement
- PenFinancial Credit Union for its ongoing commitment as a Technology Partner
After a keynote speech from our CEO Chris Rasmussen, VP of Product Vision & Strategy Chris Palmer and his team, demonstrated the power of engaging consumers across their lifecycle with the Doxim Customer Engagement Platform, from acquiring a new customer, to gaining insights for upsell, to onboarding and reporting.
Conference participants next attended an informative session on creating accessible documents that meet accessibility regulations, and a presentation by polling, research and strategic marketing firm Leger. Peter Skrastins, Research Director at Leger, outlined some of the key differences in consumer brand perception between banks and credit unions, and encouraged attendees to consider why consumers had such a positive view of credit unions, but still perceived banks to provide a wider array of financial services. He concluded by asking them to “… imagine if all Canadians understood credit unions the way their members do … could member advocacy help you build your profile in the financial industry?”
Attendees of our 2 industry-specific tracks were then able to participate in presentations and workshops specific to the wealth management or credit union and banking industries.
We also took the opportunity to reveal an new solution to be launched soon (stay tuned!) and outline how Doxim’s release process and release cadence are evolving to serve our clients better.
The second day of the conference started strong, with a presentation by Sarah Rea, Senior Manager, Director of Social Commitment at Meridian Credit Union about adapting strategies and technologies in order to meet the needs of a new digital consumer and incoming tech savvy employees.
Then David Lahey, the President and Founder of Predictive Success Corporation, explained how the science of human analytics allows leaders to grasp how their own management styles resonate with those of their team members, and what actions and conversations need to take place to motivate, empower and retain employees.
Finally, User Groups for CRM, Loan Origination, and Wealth Technology sat down with Doxim Product Management for a focused session of brainstorming and sharing ideas to help set the stage for future enhancement and even new solutions. These user groups help Doxim clients get the most out of their existing solutions, and help Doxim’s Product team keep in touch with the needs of the industry. Hosting them is a win-win situation, and a vibrant part of every Doxim conference.
And, of course, throughout the conference our attendees were invited to attend the Partner Pavillion and Sidewalk Solutions Cafe, and touch base with some fantastic Doxim sponsors who made Exchange a possibility.
