Job Clean Up

In the process of creating statements and subsequently processing statement runs in Doxim Business Process Manager (BPM), many files are utilized, created, and accessed. Doxim BPM gives the operator the ability to clean up those files, and to define and run clean up policies, allowing these files to be removed from the BPM application server and the BPM database.

The clean up process enables companies to instigate an easy to manage file removal and retention policy for data, while freeing up costly disk space, reducing overall server size requirements, and maintaining the processing efficiency of their BPM system.

The Doxim BPM Clean-up capability allows files to be either moved (for backup purposes) or simply deleted.

The clean-up process can be automated via the operator console allowing the operator to set, for example, an automatic delete after 32 days.
