Doxim Business Process Manager (BPM) offers comprehensive reporting capabilities. From the status of active processes to the details of completed jobs, BPM operators are able to track all their processes in real time.
A standard set of reports is available on Doxim BPM that can be further customized with the help of a Doxim Professional Services consultant to suit individual client preferences.
The outputs of a completed job include:
- Printed items
- Archived content (electronic statements)
- These activity and status reports
These reports can be automatically routed into Doxim Enterprise Content Manager or a third party document archive. This essentially ‘closes the loop’ on the completed job – from initial data output (e.g. from a banking application) to final reports on all completed jobs, including dates, times, routes, exceptions etc.
Having a full set of reports available in the archive helps open up control of the letter shop floor as all production reports can now be easily reviewed and analyzed after production.
