Document Composition Software
How to Grow Your Document Services Business and Your Clients Happy
In many cases, the data that Service Providers use for document processing comes from legacy host systems that only provide limited information. This results in basic looking documents, like statements, that are hard to read and do little to support your client’s branding.
Better Looking Documents
Doxim Business Process Manager (BPM) offers a rich array of capabilities that ensure all documents produced, whether in print or electronic format, will meet and exceed your customer’s expectations.
We achieve this by rigorously respecting the four distinct elements that must come together harmoniously to achieve great document composition:
Data
This is the start point for any document. It’s the raw material we use to create something like a statement. We take raw data and transform it into XML, giving us the rich and flexible data format we need to create great looking documents. The result is a vastly improved look and feel, providing significantly increased readability.
Design
Design encompasses both the page templates we use and the content we lay onto them. Our standard templates have been derived from a combination of client focus group research coupled with the input of knowledgeable best in class statement design experts. Using the flexibility inherent in Doxim BPM we are able to work with these templates to create the very best output possible, in both print and electronic formats, in colour, black and white or both. Along the way, we take great care to respect the branding guidelines of each client, ensuring that the key branding elements and brand messaging are kept pure and undiluted.
Imagery
Imagery refers to the additional graphics that might be used to further brand a document. These include things like variable watermarks and other insignia that need to be added to a finished statement. Doxim BPM allows for variable additions, e.g. different watermarks for first and subsequent pages, or black and white for print and colour for electronic output.
Messaging
Messaging refers to the variable marketing messages that are included on a statement. These may include text based messaging that comes from a core back end system. They can also include contact information and photos – extracted from the host data stream or inserted using the Doxim XML Override feature. It may also include graphic rich marketing messages that can allow inserts to be done away with, ultimately reducing the cost of marketing. Whatever your need, Doxim BPM can help you achieve it.
