Differential Statement Processing from Doxim

Helps You To Deliver Statements Faster

With Doxim BPM, the entire statement processing task, from receipt of files to final upload, can be fully automated. As a result, SLAs can be more readily met, and often even reduced. Doxim BPM can therefore take the Service Provider to the next level by enabling:

  1. Jobs to run at different priorities
  2. Jobs to be differentially processed

Priority Management

Jobs can also be natively set to run at a certain priority level, and changed dynamically during processing to assist Service Providers to meet their service levels, or to offer priority service levels.

For example, Priority Management could be used to set a higher priority for smaller daily jobs, and a lower priority for monthly jobs. This would enable a Service Provider to offer a quicker turn around for daily versus monthly processing.

It can also be used to offer customers premium services and service levels – at an increased fee, with the assurance that the Doxim BPM system will support them.

Differential Processing

Service Providers’ SLAs are usually calculated from day zero forward, being the point at which all content is available for processing – including the statement data, marketing messages, customer preferences and, if applicable, check data.

With Doxim BPM statement processing can be run on a differential basis, as soon as all materials are ready to process for a given statement batch.

For example, for a given statement run a certain number of the statements may have no associated check images, so these can be processed as soon as the statement data is received, typically before day zero.

The balance of the statements from the run will then be processed once the check images are received. This is achieved by using a set of gating rules built into Doxim BPM that allows jobs to be processed as soon as all needed data is available. These gates can be variable or full, depending on the data in question:

  • Check repair – variable gate
  • Bundling information (e.g. hold statement) – variable gate
  • Marketing messages – full gate
  • Resources/images – full gate
  • Upload – full gate

At a typical client, up to 75% of jobs do not include any check images, which means they can likely be started – and completed – before day zero, greatly enhancing the Service Provider’s ability to meet committed SLAs.
