New Statement Design Now Available for Fiserv Users

Doxim is now offering an enhanced statement Design for Fiserv customers across North America. This attractive new format improves the design, look, feel and utility of customer statements. It also provides better support for statement marketing initiatives by bringing a host of new features, customization and functionality to the statement itself.

Fiserv customers can now be greeted by a statement front page that includes a dynamically generated summary of their accounts and a large and customizable marketing message area. In addition, by incorporating changes to term deposit tables and transaction data, the length of statements has also been reduced, saving on statement print and mail fees.

eInsert and eNewsletters Are All The Rage

We announced the availability of eInsert and eNewsletter capabilities for eStatement clients a few months back and the take up has been tremendous.

This new functionality allows you to append an electronic copy of a physical insert or newsletter to an eStatement, helping to:

  • Communicate better with customers that have opted out of paper statements by ensuring that newsletters and inserts arrive with their eStatement
  • Keep costs down by eliminating the need to prepare, print and mail separate paper newsletters to members who have opted for eStatements
  • Engage more interactively with online users by embedding links into content so an online reader can respond in real time to something they see on the eInsert or eNewsletter and be linked through to relevant web content

New US Cheque Processing Service for Ontario Credit Unions

We were recently notified by that hard copies of U.S. cheques will no longer be delivered to Ontario credit unions which clear through Central 1. The cheque images, however, are made available for distribution by US clearing agents. Central 1 can obtain these cheque images and provide them to Doxim on your behalf for inclusion in statement files (both print and eStatements).

To have Central 1 deliver your US cheques to Doxim for inclusion in you statement runs (and uploaded to the Doxim ECM, if applicable), you’ll need to complete our US Cheque Processing order Form. You will also need to contact Central 1 to advise them that you want your US cheque images sent to Doxim
on a monthly basis. The image files will be sent from Central 1 to Doxim overnight, two business days after the last day of the month.

Customers who are enrolled in Doxim’s Daily Cheque Processing Service will also have these cheque images uploaded to Doxim ECM for easy online access and viewing.
