Ilyas Patel, Sr. Technical Analyst & Project Manager

As Senior Technical Analyst & Project Manager, Ilyas is responsible for managing new customer implementations, conversion projects, and providing operational support. He has been with Doxim over 4 years, and brings 11 years of technical implementations, software training and customer service experience.

“It’s such a rewarding experience to work at Doxim on 2 fronts. One, to be a part of Doxim’s strategic growth over the past several years, which is mainly attributed to the outstanding people I get to work with on a daily basis. And two, to play a vital role in delivering positive results for our customers and their membership, and knowing are efforts are not going unnoticed.”

When he’s not working, Ilyas tries diligently to explain to his 2 young girls why he is not the greatest at braiding hair, playing doll-house, and answering the age old question – “who’s better… Justin Bieber or Miley Cyrus?”. He’s also passionate about music, enjoys fishing in the Kawartha’s, and getting outdoors with his family.

Jessica Lee, Finance & Administration Coordinator

Jessica is our newest recruit at Doxim, joining us in a new role as Finance & Administration Coordinator. Jessica is responsible for a host of finance and administration tasks.

“I have only been with Doxim a couple of months, but I already feel like I belong. My colleagues have been extremely welcoming and I am already building lots of rewarding client relationships. I am extremely excited to have the opportunity to evolve my finance career through this new role at Doxim”.

Outside of work, Jessica can be found knocking down pins in her local bowling centre, out golfing at courses across Ontario, or simply relaxing at home with family and friends
