Doxim is pleased to announce the availability of Doxim eReports, which eliminates the manual processes involved in reports management and allows the process of review, sign off and archiving of the reports to be fully workflowed and automated. Doxim eReports automates the transfer of report files directly from any back end banking ,brokerage or other core financial system and increases the readability of raw report forms by reformatting and converting them into PDF documents.
By uploading these PDF reports to the Doxim ECM archive – a central, online content repository – all report data is kept secure for review by authorized individuals.

Enhance Your Statements with Doxim XML Override
Doxim’s enhanced XML based statement processing capabilities go a long way to helping our clients to deliver much better looking statements to their customers. However, these capabilities are limited by the number and variety of data elements delivered in the host data stream. If a data element does not exist in the data stream it cannot influence the way documents are composed, routed, bundled or delivered, which means your statements will not be as “rich” looking as you might like
Enriching the Data Stream
Doxim’s unique XML Over-ride capability removes this limitation, inherent in most legacy host data streams. Using a Doxim XML Statement Override file, any additional data element can be introduced into the data transformation process and used to enrich documents and their contents.
Example Applications
- A financial service provider provides Air Miles as an incentive for clients to use their services. By using the Doxim XML override to incorporate an external data table containing clients’ Air Miles balances, these balances can be displayed on the client statement rather than having to send a separate Air Miles statement to the client.
- By incorporating client age data (for example from a Know your Customer database) the Doxim XML over ride can be used to insert data that will allow marketing message segmentation for different audiences – e.g. a message about mortgages can be directed to young adult customers whereas a message about managing retirement savings can be targeted at more mature clients.
- If information like Investment Advisor contact details and photo are available in the host data stream, Doxim BPM allows this be added to an investment statement template. Using the Doxim XML Override, this generic contact information can be augmented with additional contact details and photos, e.g. of other support staff that the client might wish to contact – such as Account Managers, Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, Employee of the Month and CEO or General Manager

WE WANT YOUR FEEDBACK!
As part of the new Doxim ECM 6.1 rollout we added an easy to access Customer Feedback Button to the Doxim ECM User Interface.
This new feedback button is located on the top right hand corner of the Doxim ECM interface. You can use it to provide us with suggestions on products enhancements that you would like to see included in future releases of Doxim ECM.
All the suggestions from our user community will get added to the pool of existing enhancement ideas which will then be reviewed by the Doxim Product Team to see how and where they fit in the overall product roadmap. Additional research will be performed to ensure the functionality’s feasibility. We’ve also implemented new internal processes to ensure that we share details of what gets selected for inclusion in our product planning so you know what happened to your suggestion – so don’t be shy – if you have ideas on how to enhance our Doxim products and services, please do share them with us!
