Administrators: Optimizing Searching for Users

Did you know you can optimize searching for your users? Any Doxim ECM View can be customized to always present the “Advanced Search” screen to be the default.

This is done by selecting the “Advanced Search” option on the “Action” tab of any view.

This will then save users several clicks to find the document they are looking for by automatically presenting the advance search screen.
