Patrick Masset, Director, Business Development

Patrick joined the Doxim team in January of 2011 to further accelerate the organization’s rapid growth. He brings with him several years of Sales and Executive Management experience in the printing, document solutions and communication industry in both Canada and the USA.

“It’s an absolute pleasure to have products and solutions in addition to a team of great people that transform the way clients communicate with their end-customers. Being able to constantly bring added-value offerings to a client is very exciting and motivating”.

Outside the office Patrick enjoys being a dad, swinging golf clubs, riding his road bike and travelling abroad looking for the next great bottle of wine.

Damon Kuan, Director, Quality Service

Prior to Doxim, Damon has been providing over 25 years of experience in customer service support and production operations management encompassing 7×24 mission critical production processing environments and ensuring organizational service objectives are met. As Director Quality Service in the Vancouver office, Damon’s focus is to ensure that the production services to clients are delivered in the highest degree and the service that clients receive consistently meets and exceeds their expectations.

When not at work, the mild Vancouver weather gives Damon the opportunity to play golf almost year round. He is also an avid League Volleyball player, and enjoys going to the movies. With three late teen girls, Damon spends time helping them pursue their ever-changing life dreams.
