Previously available to Doxim’s wealth management clients, Doxim TaxPack™ for banks and credit union customers will be launched in time for the 2011 tax season.

Introducing Scheduled Reports
Your organization’s ability to track information to meet and enforce regulatory standards is essential. If you cannot get specific details concerning how your online documents are being accessed and handled, security issues may go undetected. Ultimately, this can threaten the confidentiality of sensitive client information – a prime concern in today’s digital world.
Doxim’s Scheduled Reports service offers enhanced and automated report generation capabilities, providing an enhanced audit and compliance reporting framework for existing Doxim ECM clients. This allows you to track ECM user activities, reinforcing your compliance and regulatory procedures already in place, while allowing you to pinpoint where and when any suspicious activity might be occurring.
Doxim Scheduled Reports provide critical ECM usage information such as:
- The number of Logins by person for a specific time range
- The number of documents created by Document Type
- The details of documents created (who, when, new values)
- What a user did during a specific time period
- The Before and After values of modified document data
Once automatically generated, these reports are archived on your instance of Doxim ECM Archive, readily accessible as required for audits.
