In the Q4 2009 issue of our newsletter, we introduced the partnership we have set up with CGI to work on an XML Data Stream for statement creation that enhances our statement processing service offering. As of today, we are wrapping up the pilot for this project, so we will be ready to make the offering available to all clients very soon indeed. By combining the new XML Data extract and the capabilities of the Doxim Business Process Manager we are able to offer many new options to our Doxim, CGI/RFS clients.

In summary, these are the 3 major benefits our clients can expect with Doxim Enhanced Services:

• Attractive New Statement Design – We are now able to offer you significantly improved statement presentation and design options, helping you to streamline the accommodation of specific member preferences and deliver targeted member communications
• Ease in Executing Targeted Marketing Campaign to Members – Execute marketing campaigns according to the company, branch or product level. Easily create and manage marketing messages in multiple message zones by uploading the text and images into Designer in your RFS Banking System
• Improved SLAs. – By moving your applications over to the Doxim BPM platform, we can significantly reduce processing time and improve SLAs
