Personal Document Management Health Check

Recently a number of our clients have asked us to help them identify ways that they can leverage the Doxim ECM Archive to streamline their document intensive processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Following several such engagements that have identified thousands of dollars in savings, we have now developed a very cost effective Document Management Workshop, designed to provide you with an actionable roadmap to increased efficiency and savings.

Workshop Outline

The Doxim Document Management workshop is split into 3 distinct phases:

1. Pre-workshop Exploration

We ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire that will help us tailor a workshop to your particular needs

2. A One or Two Day On-site Workshop (Length depends on your questionnaire responses), where we will:
   • Thoroughly explore your existing paper-based/document intensive processes and establish baseline costs
   • Look into the opportunities to develop an actionable Electronic Document Management Strategy and what this would encompass
   • Identify action item priorities based on cost/timeline and impact on other existing/parallel projects
3. Post-Workshop Report

We provide you with a detailed report that documents all our findings and presents recommended solutions for cost savings in the form of a detailed document management road map.
