Lisa Whent, Manager, Client Services

As Manager, Client Services, Lisa manages a team that includes people from Customer Service and Operations and which oversees all aspects of the daily and monthly statements and items processing. . Lisa and her team also provide Level 1 support to all of our SaaS clients and are always available to assist w10ith customer inquiries.

“I’ve been at Doxim for just over 5 years now. During this time it’s been really great to establish relationships with so many customers and help develop and implement processes that assist in their growth and success”.

When she is not at work, this ‘hockey mom’ can be seen at arenas across the GTA or spending time on outdoor pursuits with her husband and two teenage children.

Fiona Chan, Manager, Marketing Programs

As Manager, Marketing Programs, Fiona spearheads the events management and communication initiatives at Doxim. She works closely with both internal and external clients to ensure that the Doxim marketing team provides full support for all marketing services.

“Since joining Doxim in 2007, it has been amazing to see the growth and evolution of the marketing department. We’ve worked hard to provide our clients with the right information – not only on our solutions but general best practices and tips on topics we are familiar with – so that they are able to make more informed decisions to solve their business pains.”

Fiona is a self proclaimed fashion lover and shopaholic. She has a passion for design and loves to read and find out about new design and creative ideas in her spare time.
