Administration Tip: Suspending Users

With staff turnover or on temporary leave, always remember to apply normal company security practices to your Doxim ECM environment. Doxim ECM users can be “Deleted” but it is best to “Suspend” them.

This can be done by Administrators after accessing the “Users” company administration page.

Simply select the user you want to edit and on the “General” tab, you will a field called “Status”.

Change the Status from “Active” to “Suspend”.
When the User attempts to Login, they will see the system message stating they are suspended.
