At the fall CUMA Conference, we announced the availability of Doxim new eDocument’s service. Doxim eDocuments allows you to seamlessly integrate the Doxim Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system with your online customer banking portal to expose different types of documents to customers and members in a convenient and secure manner. This allows you to expose members to loan documents, member notices, newsletters, and tax forms all in electronic format in a central repository.

eDocuments is an optional feature currently available within MemberDirect™ Online Services, MemberDirect™ Integrated Services, and MemberDirect™ Small Business Services. Once a connection with MemberDirect™ is established, any documents that can be stored in the Doxim ECM repository can be exposed to a customer via our portal integration.

This new service gives our clients that use MemberDirect™ the opportunity to launch e-only accounts and relationships for their members. Other benefits include:

• Reduced costs for postage, call center and in-branch visits
• Increased traffic to online banking sites
• Higher level of member service and convenience
• Faster and more convenient delivery of documents

Doxim Single Sign-On (DSSO)

Doxim Single Sign-On (DSSO) is a secure service that allows organizations to automatically and conveniently login to Doxim ECM from within their customer banking/CRM platform. With the ability to extend access to documents in the Doxim ECM repository seamlessly into your core banking/CRM platform, users can be more productive and provide faster and more efficient customer service.

DSSO is available for use by any Doxim ECM customer. It is currently certified for deployment on the following platforms:

• CGI Horizon™ – KYM/LOS/Banking
• CGI-RFS™ – KYM

It is a relatively easy task to extend this certification for other banking, CRM or LOS platforms, as required.
