DOXIM Web API

DOXIM Web API is a set of web integrators that provides API functionality into DOXIM ECM from a customer’s portal, allowing you to maintain control the web interface outside of the DOXIM ECM Server GUI (Graphical User Interface). DOXIM Web API provides an effective method to expose back office archived material through retail, customer and staff web portals securely with rules based access.

Document Access
DOXIM Web API translates a URL into Web Services requests in order to:

• Search a DOXIM repository and return an XML list of documents based on defined criteria that include: company identifier, unique member or customer ID, single document type and specified date range.

• Stream, or retrieve, a specific document based on search criteria that include: company identifier, unique member or customer ID, single document type and specified date range, and document identifier.

Error Handling

• DOXIM Web API creates an error message log that identifies the request that caused the error, displays error conditions and outlines error handling protocols on the Web API Integrators Interface.

DOXIM Web API improves user access to files by providing access to the DOXIM repository and ensures you maintain control of the user experience within your existing web portal.
