DOXIM Check Capture allows users to digitally capture check images and MICR data for indexing and storage. DOXIM Check Capture improves productivity by enabling electronic encoding of checks and reduces costs associated with manual check processing.

• Images are scanned to TIFF format, in 100 or 200 dpi, black & white or gray scale (JPEG).
• Support for many desktop check scanners.

Edit/Verify Window

• Visual verification of image quality and MICR information of the scanned checks ensures data accuracy. Users can enter additional or missing information during verification.
• Store captured images and MICR information electronically for indexing and retrieval.

Index Field Configuration

• User configured index fields ensures the required information is captured.
• Data is instantly captured using any or all fields.

Batch Total Balancing

• Automatically checks for total item counts and total amounts.
• Search capabilities allow users to locate missing or incorrect information.

Rapid Data Interface
