Markham, Ontario - February 13, 2006 - Interprise Solutions, the leading Canadian provider of web-based document management and statement delivery services to Canadian credit unions, today announced that under a Group Buy agreement, will offer statement delivery services to all 45 CUSA credit union members.

"The Credit Union Service Association (CUSA) mandate is to work with vendors to the benefit of their members to introduce products that enhance our members' functionality at the best cost. As a financial institution we are required to issue statements but individually our volumes don't justify the acquisition of sophisticated printing technology. By pooling our volumes we were able to issue a request to vendors to perform all printing services on our behalf. We were impressed with the responses we received from the vendors involved but were especially impressed with the diversity in the response that Interprise submitted," comments Gary Gratton, CUSA Relationship Manager.
"The demand for an alternative statement delivery (ASD) offering had been there for some time now," says Chris Rasmussen, President & CEO for Interprise Solutions. "So when CUSA released the Request for Quotation last October for the ASD Group Buy, we were eager to respond. Our solution focused on a number of key service elements that effectively provided enhanced statement presentation to credit union members. We proposed to revamp statement layouts for clearer communication. We added an option for credit union members to alternatively access statements through their Internet banking session or credit union web sites. And in the cooperative spirit, we proposed a pricing structure to help further reduce costs to each CUSA credit union through an accelerated rebate structure."
Other ancillary services Interprise will bring to CUSA credit unions are in the area of document management through Interprise DOXIM ECM. There's a real movement throughout the cooperative system in Canada toward document imaging and retrieval, and Interprise continues to be a dominant partner to credit unions throughout the country in this area.
