  Chris Rasmussen - President & CEO  

Chris Rasmussen is the founder, President & CEO of Interprise Solutions Inc. (now DOXIM Inc.), a leading provider of integrated e-presentment and document management solutions to mid-sized financial services organizations across North America.  
Chris has worked in the electronic document industry for the past 17 years holding a variety of senior management roles.  Prior to founding DOXIM in 2000, Chris was Vice President, Professional Services for Ricoh Canada, a leading global provider of document imaging products and services.  Chris is actively involved with the board of Xplor – the global electronic document systems association.  In 2003, Chris received his Electronic Document Professional (EDP) certification – recognized globally for professionalism and excellence in digital communication.




  Martin Day - Vice President, Operations

Martin joined Interprise Solutions Inc. (now DOXIM Inc.) in the spring of 2007, bringing with him broad experience in business, technology, and operational transformation as well as degrees in engineering from Queens and Cornell and an MBA from Harvard Business School. 
Throughout his career, Martin has helped companies focus on the right priorities, make judicious use of technology to achieve operational excellence, and grow and develop along the path to attaining their strategic vision. Martin has brought his talents to Bell Canada as VP, Finance - Business Planning, to Laidlaw Inc. as Director, Strategy and Special Projects, to Intria Items Inc. as SVP and CTO, and to his work as a private consultant. Today, Martin leads the operations, product development and professional services teams, keeping DOXIM's customers in the green zone with their mission critical processes and forging the operational and technological mainstays for DOXIM's future growth and direction.




Barry Olson - Vice President, Sales

Barry joined DOXIM in February of 2008 following 18 years of sales and senior management roles in the technology industry. Barry’s experience ranges from a start-up to some of the largest firms in the world.
Barry’s career began with Pitney Bowes of Canada, where he held a series of positions of increasing responsibility, reaching the position of National Accounts Manager for the financial market. He then went on to sales leadership positions at a number of companies, including Parametric Technology Corp, EMC, SAP and most recently QStrat Inc., where he rose to the position of President. In his career, Barry has worked extensively with financial institutions, insurance companies, and utilities, allowing him to gain an understanding of the challenges and opportunities these organizations face.
At DOXIM, Barry is responsible for the overall business development strategy and sales results of the company, while continually improving customer service as DOXIM grows in both size and reach.





  Lidong Cheng - Director, R&D

Lidong Cheng joined Doxim in 2001 as Project Manager and Technical Leader, with 7 years of experience in Architecture and Project management. He was appointed as R&D director in 2004 and is responsible for the development and management of the Doxim Enterprise Content Manager (ECM) and Business Process Manager (BPM) to ensure that these solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
Previously, Lidong served as an IT technical leader in Beijing Transit, where $1 Billion ATS (auto-train-supervise) system was developed and implemented with his IT expertise. He was also the founder and owner of a private IT consulting firm who worked with many well-known clients, such as State Grid Corporation.
Lidong received his Bachelor Degree of Engineering from China Agricultural University in 1994.
