Chris Rasmussen – President and CEO

Chris_Rasmussen Chris founded the Company in 2000. He is a visionary and charismatic leader, and under his guidance Doxim has become a leading supplier of customer communications management solutions to the Canadian Financial Services marketplace. Chris has worked in the electronic document industry for the past two decades, holding a variety of senior management and leadership roles. Immediately prior to founding Doxim, Chris was Vice President, Professional Services for Ricoh Canada, a leading global provider of document imaging products and services. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies from the Western University.

Patrick Masset – Executive Vice President, Sales & Client Experience

Patrick_MassetPatrick Masset joined Doxim in 2011 as Vice President Sales. In 2013 Patrick’s role was expanded to Executive Vice President Sales & Customer Experience. In this role, he is responsible for all sales, client care and customer support activities of the organization. Patrick and his team design and implement the sales and customer support strategies that will help guide Doxim to a dominant position serving financial service providers and their partners. Prior to joining Doxim, Patrick spent several years managing Sales and client-facing teams and organizations, in both Canada and the United States, in the print, packaging and communication fields. Patrick has previously worked at Solisco Printers as General Manager and Quebecor World as Vice President Sales, Central Region, among others. Patrick has built a strong reputation with his customers by enabling them to grow their revenues and increase their operational efficiency through the deployment of technology and innovation. He and his teams ensure that Doxim’s commitment to delivering excellence is achieved and consistently maintained throughout the client lifecycle. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.

Sean O’Donovan – Executive Vice President, Products & Customer Delivery

Sean_ODonovan Sean has over 20 years of experience in technology sales and marketing leadership across Europe and North America. Sean joined Doxim as Vice President Marketing in 2009. In 2013 his role was expanded to Executive Vice President Products & Customer Delivery. Sean is responsible for all product management, marketing, professional services, production and client delivery activities of the organization. In this role he helps Doxim to transform market requirements into profitable products, and deliver those products in a way that meets and exceeds customer expectations. Prior to joining Doxim, Sean spent a year building a successful consulting practice in Internet marketing. Before this he held several sales and marketing leadership roles at Canadian based software and hardware companies including InSystems Corp, in Canada and the U.S., and at Perle Systems in Canada, the U.K., France and Belgium. Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hull, U.K

Ross Orrett – Advisory Board Chair

Ross_Orrett Ross has chaired the Doxim Advisory Board since 2005. He has a proven ability to build successful companies and uses his knowledge and experience to help set the Company’s strategic direction. Most recently Ross was the President and CEO at Camilion Solutions, which was acquired by SAP. Prior to joining Camilion he founded AbovePlan Corporation, a software company providing On- Demand sales and marketing solutions for insurance. Camilion acquired AbovePlan in 2005. Prior to AbovePlan, he was President & CEO of InSystems Corporation, a leading provider of document automation and relationship management solutions to the insurance and financial services industries. During his tenure, InSystems grew from a small entrepreneurial company with less than $1 million in revenues, to almost $40 million in revenues and over 300 customers. Ross holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo and is a graduate of the Stanford University’s Executive Program for Growing Companies.

Adam Zimmer – VP of Product Development & Chief Technology Officer

Adam_Zimmer Adam Zimmer is VP of R&D and CTO at Doxim. Adam joined Doxim in 2012, following Doxim’s acquisition of Arius Software. Adam originally founded Arius Software while he was studying at the University of Waterloo. Following a number of consulting engagements with financial customers he identified a gap in the market for a client onboarding / account opening application that would help streamline and automate the gathering of high quality client data; Arius OpenAdvantage (now Doxim OpenAdvantage) was born to address this need. In his role at Doxim, Adam provides support for the wealth management and investment brokerage sales efforts and defines the product direction for the Doxim OpenAdvantage product line. Adam holds a BSc Computer Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.

Daren Selfe – Chief Financial Officer

Daren SelfeDaren Selfe joined Doxim in 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. In this role he works with the leadership team to develop and execute the Company’s strategic plan. He also ensures the Company is appropriately structured and sufficiently capitalized to achieve business objectives. Daren leads the Finance department in the areas of accounting, reporting, planning, analysis, tax, audit, risk management and internal controls. He also leads the Human Resource department in developing policies and programs to attract and retain exceptional employees. Prior to joining Doxim, Daren was the CFO at OnX Enterprise Solutions and the VP Finance at ClubLink Corporation, each during periods of rapid growth. Daren obtained his CPA, CA designation while working at KPMG and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
