CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Doxim is looking for a Client Services Representative. The Client Care Representative acts as a primary liaison for existing clients, providing timely and constructive assistance in order to develop and maintain the highest quality of customer care and customer support.
PRE-SALES SUPPORT – CONTRACT ROLE
Doxim is looking for a Pre-Sales Support specialist. This individual will provide comprehensive pre-sales support services to the Doxim sales organization for all key products and processes. As Pre-Sales Support, you must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. You will be the primary technical resource for the sales force. You will be responsible for supporting the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and advocate for our products.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT CONSULTANT
Doxim is looking for a Technical Support Consultant. This individual will act as primary Tier 2 support for Doxim’s web based Open Advantage product. The candidate will ensure customer inquiries and support issues are addressed and remedied quickly and thoroughly to the client’s satisfaction. The individual will also work closely with the Professional Services and R&D teams to seek resolution to customer issues.
