This individual will be responsible for the full lifecycle of project engagements from scoping, initiation, tracking and reporting to closing and billing. The ideal candidate will have a strong demonstrable record of customer service focused on providing a high quality of service to the customer and strong organizational and presentation skills.
BUSINESS ANALYST/QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTER
Doxim is looking for a Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Tester. This individual will be responsible for improving the overall BA best practices and provide coaching and mentoring support to other team members, preparing test cases and testing product releases. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills and is able to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into requirements.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT & IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT
Doxim is looking for a Technical Support & Implementation Consultant. This individual will act as primary Tier 2 support for all Doxim products, ensuring customer inquiries and support issues are addressed and remedied quickly and thoroughly to the client’s satisfaction The individual will also work with project managers as a technical resource for implementation projects. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, have a high desire to learn new technologies, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
PRE SALES SUPPORT
Doxim is looking for a Pre Sales Support specialist. This individual will provide comprehensive pre sales support services to the Doxim sales organization for all key products and processes. The candidate will be the primary technical resource for the sales force and responsible for supporting the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and advocate for our products. The individual will possess excellent technical and communication skills.
