10 Things to Look for in an Automated Document Factory Solution – Part II

In our last article we talked about the first 5 things you should look for in an Automated Document Factory solution. Now I’ll take you through the last 5; make sure the ADF platform can do the following:

6. Allows self serve proofing & QC
Make sure the ADF platform allows you to add the desired marketing messages yourself so you don’t have to go through a time-consuming process where nothing is streamlined. It’s also great if it lets you QC the statement layout in a user friendly application.

7. Supports differential job processing
To avoid delays in processing, check that the ADF platform can handle differentially processed jobs. That way, complete jobs don’t need to wait until all their different components are received and marshaled before the print process starts.

8. Supports enhanced reporting
Ensure that the ADF platform provides in-depth data and enhanced reporting capabilities so that you can continuously streamline your print processing activities.

9. Includes integrated delivery
The ADF platform should supportan online repository where both staff and clients can easily upload PDFs of eStatements for viewing and reference.

10. Provides a cloud solution
If you’re looking to stray away from the traditional solution, look for an ADF platform that can be accessed on a cloud. It makes things a lot easier and would end up saving you hundreds of thousands of dollars that would’ve been wasted on an on-premise solution.
